My gorgeous Hannah Rose... She's 3 1/2 now...

London, University... Me

Hi All!
I was reminded my Micayla today that it has been a very long time since I updated my blog. It's true, I'm a slacker. I have my excuses... University, No time to scrapbook, 5 kids, 2 trips to London since May. But here I am...
I'm actually in Austin visiting family at this very moment.... When classes start again I won't be able to see much of them... I'm taking 6 classes this semester and working hard on my degree. I transfer to the University of East London in February of 2009, I'll be taking the 3 younger children with me, the teenagers want to stay in San Antonio, Nicky graduates in June of next year and both Nicky and Joshua have girlfriends they don't want to leave. They will do good with their dad... They can have a bachelors pad, even if they are used to their mom wiping their butts for the, I think it will help them to be independent and learn to actually cook something besides boiled water! Their wives will one day thank me!
I was in London again a week ago, I love that city... LOVE that city. I'm planning to return in October so that I can go to the open house at my University and to fill out final paperwork for grants and scholarships and whatever other paperwork that I have to do. Also to start apartment looking... "flats" they call them there. London is very expensive, I'll be working hard to live there, but it's a life long dream and I'm happy and excited and very willing to work hard and do what I have to do to go to University in London.
Here are a couple of pictures of the latest ones of me... I'm not going to give up my red hair anytime soon, maybe go darker, but not give it up, I'm loving being a red head!!And now... The pictures from my latest trip to London, I was there for 3 weeks this time... Did I mention that I LOVE this city???

Hannah kept getting food and "stuff" in her hair... anything from tootsie rolls to play-doe and she would HATE for me to comb her hair and get the tangles out... so it was time for a new cut... and I think she looks just precious!

Mothers Day 2008

Yes, I have been gone a long time. I have made some friends and gotten to know a lot of ladies through my blog, and then I just up and disappeared on you all. Well... I'm here I'm here!! I'm sorry!! Actually, being a full time student and mom to 5 kids... Keeps me busy. Not only my blog suffers, but so does my house work when I'm studying.. I guess we can't all be SuperWoman right? I'll leave that to my girlfriend Janey... :) I'm telling you, no matter what she touches, it turns to gold. Anyway, I hope you all had a great Mothers Day... Here are some pictures from mine, I celebrated with my parents and my brother and his wife, and of course... My own beautiful children... Spring Break!

Spring break is all this week... THANK GOD... I got soooo behind with my studies trying to take on a part time job, but at the end of the day, I had to realize, that no one can do it all, I can't work during the day, go to school at night and have quality time with my children, something had to give, so I quit my job. I didn't NEED the money, more like I just wanted it for extra playing money, but still... my education at this point is so much more important to me, so I'm going to spend Spring Break getting completely caught up on all work for school, I'm going to study my ass off and I'm going to end these classes with all A's.

On that note. Please keep my mom in prayer, she is not well at all... kidney and intestinal problems and then she went and tore ligaments in her foot. She is in a lot of pain... I have never seen my mother take pain killers before and right now she is eating vicoden like candy... She goes to 2 specialists this month... Please do remember her...

I hope you're all well, I don't get as much time to fool around on here while I'm at school, but I do peek at your blogs still...
